color. A tear at the top extends slightly into the design. This is the second title of
this difficult bank from Gloucester County. Only 14 small size notes reported in the
Census with this note new to the Census. There have been only seven appearances of this
charter in the last 15 years, the last small size was in a Tom Surina price list in
October of 2005.
