pleasing to the eye. From the standpoint of the modern market, it is significant to note
that PCGS has certified 10 at this level with none higher.Design: Obverse with portrait of
Benjamin Franklin facing right, after a bust by Jean Antoine Houdon, inscriptions
surrounding. Reverse with a depiction of the Liberty Bell, not much different from that
used on the reverse of the 1926 Sesquicentennial commemorative half dollar.
