Box in decent shape, no major problems save for a touch of fraying here or there. (Total: 5 pieces).According to the Charlton reference, the impressed red leather strips that adorn boxes similar to the one offered here were mailed separately to customers who may have been the earliest recipients of Charlton-6a, a plain red box without any embossed information.
