Description: Bright and lustrous on the obverse with a splash of deep golden iridescence above Miss
Liberty's head. The reverse displays an intense gathering of rich rainbow iridescence over
much of the coin, though the top portion is as bright as the day it was minted. (For the
record, the present coin is in the PCGS holder "tails up"). A sharply struck
specimen, a coin that is easily worthy of the assigned grade.Remnants of previous numerals
can be seen in the upper loops of both 8s in the date, with the remnants in the upper loop
of the second 8 resembling the crossbar of a 7.
